Calibration

Every Habitat Monitor is pre-calibrated at the factory, guaranteed to be accurate to ±2% Relative Humidity and ±1º Fahrenheit (± 0.5º C).  The calibration techniques and equipment are traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Testing (NIST).  Calibration certificates are available for an additional cost. 

Should the accuracy of the Habitat Monitor change due to the effects of aging or contamination of the humidity sensor, or if routine calibration is required for regulatory compliance, CMT, Inc. can re-calibrate the Habitat Monitor.
